Today I brought my camera with me while I worked out in Parc Monceau. I took a few snaps while I did pliés at the bar, then while doing sit-ups on the grass.

A few months back I had the pleasure of attending Expo West, and scouted out all the coolest, tastiest, healthiest foods. Rather than doing a long list of products and companies here , I am going to start sharing my discoveries in a sort of anecdotal form, with my reviews, and in some cases, giveaways. more

The park is lovely! How are the cd’s I gave you working out?
The DVDs are great, but no substitute for Carol! I’ve been a bit sore in places, but I think it’s mostly because I probably didn’t do as thorough a stretch as usual. Glad to have them!!
The pictures are great, my favorite one (showing all the purple in the middle of the pic). Our trees here are also showing Fall. I go out and rake, and go out and rake, and go out and rake! lol. Coco, could you give me your address again, I am going to google earth, and see if I can come right down to your street. I also want to find out how far you are from the “tower”.
Lovely pictures! Oh I feel that I am in Paris. Did no one shout at you “Pelouse Interdite”! while doing sit-ups on the grass? I’m afraid I was yelled at in that manner many years ago and I’ve never forgotten it. Apparently the French are ‘le freaks’ about their lawns. Who knew? Am HUGELY enjoying your blogs. Au Revoir!
Thanks, Lindy! Spectacular Halloween costume, by the way! I haven’t been yelled at yet. I think I found the only acceptable patch of lawn in the park, as I saw a personal training session take place in the same spot back when the weather was nice. I’m used to les freaks de lawn – when I was at school at Notre Dame, there was a pathway for every conceivable direction across the quads so as to deter students from sullying the grass! Must be a lingering fetish of the founding French priests!
it looks just like LA! Each time I see your blog I am more and more convinced that this is such a wonderful experience for you! Keep on!
